澜沧江流域景洪电站至思茅港水库蓄水区两栖爬行动物资源初步调查与区系分析

为了解景洪电站蓄水区两栖爬行动物资源现状,于2010年3月、10月、11月和12月对澜沧江流域景洪电站大坝至思茅港海拔800 m以下区域内的两栖爬行动物进行野外调查.结果表明,调查区域共有两栖爬行类51种,其中两栖类有22种,隶属于2目6科,爬行动物有29种,隶属于2目10科.对它们的物种组成、地理区系特征和保护等级进行了分析,并提出了保护建议.     

Failure to detect luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone-like bioactivity in fluid of preovulatory ovine follicles

To determine if a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LH-RH)-like substance accumulates in fluid of follicles destined to ovulate, we obtained the fluid component of preovulatory ovine follicles at various times before, during, and after the endogenous surge in pituitary secretion of LH. The fraction of follicular fluid suspected of containing LH-RH was isolated by reverse-phase column chromatography. Luteinizing hormone releasing activity of the preparation was ascertained using an anterior pituitary cell bioassay of high sensitivity. In no instance was activity of a peptide similar to LH-RH revealed in fluid obtained from preovulatory follicles of ewes.     

Observing succession on aspen-dominated landscapes using a remote sensing-ecosystem approach

In the North American upper Great Lakes region, forests dominated by the aspens (Populus grandidentata Michx. – bigtooth aspen, and P. tremuloides Michx. – trembling aspen), which established after late 19th and early 20th century logging, are maturing and succession will create a new forest composition at landscape to regional scales. This study analyzed the capabilities of Landsat ETM+ remote sensing data combined with existing ecological land unit classifications to discriminate and quantify patterns of succession at the landscape scale over the 4200 ha University of Michigan Biological Station (UMBS) in northern Lower Michigan. In a hierarchical approach first multi-temporal Landsat ETM+ was used with a landscape ecosystem classification to map upland forest cover types (overall accuracy 91.7%). Next the aspen cover type was subset and successional pathways were mapped within that type (overall accuracy 89.8%). Results demonstrated that Landsat ETM+ may be useful for these purposes; stratification of upland from wetland types using an ecological land unit classification eliminated confounding issues; multi-temporal methods discriminated evergreen conifer versus deciduous understories. The Landsat ETM+ classifications were then used to quantify succession and its relationship to landform-level ecological land units. Forests on moraine and ice contact landforms are succeeding distinctly to northern hardwoods (95% and 88% respectively); those on outwash and other landforms show greater diversity of successional pathways.     

基于广义3S技术的城市森林资源监测与评价研究

利用静态GPS进行森林基本控制测量,遥感资料进行森林资源样地的规划和设计,全站仪进行调查样地的测绘.全站仪自动测算树木的三维坐标、胸径、任意处直径、树高,采用数学模型计算森林的面积,材积和蓄积.利用数字成图软件CASS绘制树木分布图和森林资源分布图,通过专家系统和相关的GIS软件进行分析,从而实现城市森林资源的实时监测和评价.     

LNG接收站储罐罐容的计算方法

随着我国进口LNG量的快速增长,LNG储罐已成为接收站的重要储存设施,其容量大小不仅直接影响接收站LNG的接收和天然气的外输,而且直接影响接收站的投资和运行的经济性。由于LNG接收站的存储特点,其存储能力会受到许多因素的影响,包括LNG运输船的运输方案、天然气外输方案、接收站的作业特点等。通过分析,确定了影响LNG储罐罐容的因素和罐容的计算方法,并对不同计算方法进行了讨论。     

海北高寒草甸生态系统实验站地区的土地覆盖动态变化研究

利用1987和2001年TM卫星遥感数据,在GIS的支持下对海北站土地覆盖变化进行了监测,14年来该区耕地面积增加迅速,高覆盖天然草地面积减少,中、低覆盖天然草地面积增加,湖泊、湿地萎缩,裸岩、沙地、裸土面积扩张,荒漠化程度加剧。     

电控单体泵多节点标定系统的研发

随着车载电控单元数量的增多，实现多节点同时标定有利于汽车不同ECU间的参数匹配优化，在设计了TouCAN模块与CAN总线硬件接口的基础上，结合CCP协议，通过设置位时间、不同的节点站地址、收发报文缓冲器的标识符及屏蔽寄存器，设计并实现了多个ECU的通信和标定，提高了标定效率。     

南水北调东线宝应泵站机电设备安装质量检测

宝应泵站是南水北调东线第一个开工建设的项目,对以后其他泵站的建设起着示范的作用。简述了机电设备安装质量检测的重要性和必要性。针对宝应泵站,分析了机电安装质量检测的特点,指出了机电安装质量检测单位在检测前所需做的准备工作和检测过程中所需处理好的各种关系。较为详细地介绍了宝应泵站机电检测单位所做的具体工作;提出了改进泵站机电检测工作的设想,包括:检测单位必须具有相应的资质,检测工作范围应延伸至设备制造质量检测,改变检测工作的时间和方式等。     

南方十省小型水电站建设经营现状调查——浅谈我国小型水电站上网电价的调整

通过对我国南方10省87座小水电进行实地调查,对统计资料进行分析与计算,论述了提高小水电上网电价的必要性及电价改革迟迟悬而不决的原因,说明了在现有管理体制下我国小水电必须坚持自发自供为主,余电上网的原则,提高自身的经济效益,持续稳定协调地向前发展。     

2012年沂河华沂站水情分析

介绍了沂河华沂站的概况及观测设备和基本观测要求,对2012年水情、频率、历史洪水进行分析,结果表明:沂河东调南下50年一遇工程治理措施使沂河徐州下游段行洪能力增强;通过20年一遇工程治理、50年一遇工程治理后,沂河华沂段的行洪能力较1993年大有改观,接近20世纪70年代水平,还达不到20世纪60年代水平,但考虑堤防加高因素,该河段的防洪能力基本达到了历史最高水平,沂河徐州境内段实施30年一遇工程治理措施效果较好。
